Q: What is your guarantee policy?

A: We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If
     you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and
     we'll make it right!

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift Basket(s)?


A: Yes, you Can.  Remember to include your message in the space provided
     on our order form. Your basket will arrive with your personalized
     message located on the gift card.

Q: What states can you ship wine to?


A: Due to local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be
     shipped to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CP, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID,
     IL, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, WV,

     WI, WY.

Q: Are the bottles of wine the size of a regular bottle of wine seen in stores?

A: Yes - all baskets containing wine are standard 750 ML Bottles.

Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?

A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 7 to 9 months.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?


A: We accept all major credit cards and money orders.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?


A: With Megana Baskets the customer is priority. We want you to feel safe
     and confident,  knowing that we will never share or sell your personal
     information to any third party. We take your right to privacy very
     seriously. Shopping on the internet can sometimes make you feel
     uneasy, but we want you to know that your personal privacy will never
     be compromised.
     All online transactions are secure and handled with industry-standard
     SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the
     payment order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an
    encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it arrives to us.

Q: How Fast Will You Ship My Order?

A: Most of our orders will ship within 5-7 business days, but some will
     ship sooner.  If an item is not in stock, you will be notified, and
     will have the option of deciding what you would like to do.

Q: How will I know when my order was Shipped?


A: You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail after your gifts have
     been shipped. You can track delivery status on our website: so be sure
     to include an email address and password when you place your order.

Q: Do you have a Catalog?


A: Yes we do have a catalog, to request a catalog please e-mail us at
     order@meganabaskets.com with the subject titled Catalog, please
     include your name, address and phone number.  To provide our

     customers with the best possible selection we are constantly updating

     our product selection so please refer to our website for our newest
     additions.

Q: Damaged or Defective Merchandise

A: Unfortunately accidents can happen.  Nothing is more disappointing
     that having something damaged or defective with your order.  It is very

     important to us that you are completely satisfied.  If you receive a

     defective item, or an item damaged in shipping,  please e-mail us at

     order@meganabaskets.com and we will give you instructions for

     returning that item.
